Statewide Smoking Ban Proposal Advances to Senate For Vote

Action Alert!

In a continued attempt to pass a statewide smoking ban in Texas, Rodney Ellis' Senate Bill 28 has been drafted and is making its way through the Texas Legislature.

Yesterday during a special session, the Senate committee advanced SB 28 to the Senate Floor for review and vote.

This bill is moving very fast and CRA urges its Texas members and cigar enthusiasts to immediately contact your member of the Texas Senate and tell them to vote 'NO' on SB 28 -- defeating this smoking ban proposal once and for all.
