ImageLots of action with 30 brands on special this week, especially from J-R!

Los Angeles, September 9 – A big week for specials, with 30 brands marked down to the lowest prices in our survey of ten top national retailers. The big changes came from J-R Cigars, which had 20 brands with the lowest prices in our review, including a number of very well-known brand names.

Our reader’s-only special from Mike’s Cigars is the relatively new Licenciados Aniversario, an ultra-rich blend from the MATASA factory in the Dominican Republic. Introduced for the 2007 holiday season to begin the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Licenciados brand, it’s a three-nation blend with an extra-dark Honduran wrapper. There are only two sizes in this brand: the Churchill (6 1/2 inches by 56 ring) and the Robusto (5 x 52). Both are two-for-one for one week only: get 48 cigars for just $2.35 each for the robusto ($112.95 total) or $2.54 for the churchills ($121.95 total).

Click here to take advantage of this readers-only special. Our thanks to Mike’s for the offer; you can buy as many of these specials as you like until 9 a.m. Eastern time on Monday, September 15, or until supplies run out.
